Mount Pleasant was built over 300 years ago as a farmhouse and was used as a private girls school in the 19th century. The house is set in 1½ acres of secluded garden, yet is only minutes walk from the centre of the village, the nearest pub being only a five minute stroll.
The long driveway from Churchill Road leads to a large, level parking area which is not visible from the road.
At Mount Pleasant we strive for a friendly, homely atmosphere with large, tastefully decorated rooms which overlook the garden, and, once booked in, you will have no restrictions on your time of return in the evening.
